Quality Technician, Eaton Power Quality Oy, Espoo [Finland]


 

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join Eaton and help them to provide energy efficient solutions that have a real impact on the environment. As a Quality Technician you will be part of Eaton’s quality team and your responsibilities will include for example quality reporting and coordinating customer complaints. You will get a hands-on introduction to the UPS devices manufactured at the plant and the components used. About the role

As a Quality Technician you are mainly responsible for quality reporting and bringing up quality issues with domestic and international suppliers. You will also take care of supporting tasks such as coordinating customer complaints, communication with sales teams and tracking deliveries. In this position you have an excellent opportunity to gain experience in quality reporting and get hands-on experience working with UPS devices.

Job duties

We are looking for

  • Relevant technical study background (e.g. electrical engineering, power electronics, materials science or equivalent)
  • High motivation and interest to work with product quality and processes
  • Proactive mindset and high standard of work
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent IT-skills and knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English language

Additional information

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Work extent: 5 months fixed-term contract with Academic Work
  • Working hours: Full time (37,5h per week)
  • Location: Koskelontie 13, 02920 Espoo
