We're looking for experienced professionals of all backgrounds in real estate to join our newly launched platform, UniqueSpace.
It's a new way for people from diverse backgrounds real estate to showcase their knowledge and skills and make money.
You'll have the opportunity to teach others in an engaging and flexible manner. Working on your schedule.
Regardless of your role, whether you're a mortgage loan officer, investor, builder, agent (active or retired), property manager, credit specialist, non-profit housing organizer, DIY enthusiast, or interior designer, just to name a few – we welcome you to join us on this journey.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content about real estate, including videos and live streams.
- Deliver engaging and informative videos and written content to your subscribers, providing them with guidance in the real estate industry.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable presence on the platform, ensuring regular content delivery and mentorship.
- Engage with your audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and providing additional support as needed.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry and the ability to engage with others and answer subscriber questions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to fulfill content creation and coaching commitments.
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed and a strong desire to share your knowledge and expertise.
- A reliable internet connection and the necessary equipment to create and deliver content effectively.
Please note: Income is based on the number of subscribers per subscription. There is no base pay, hourly rate, or salary.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
