Job Description
This role will be mainly focusing on and prioritising business as usual for the overseas payrolls & pensions and backup for UK, along with some benefits administration. There is no higher priority than ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time, and that BII is compliant with all local tax and payroll legislation. High quality administration and data integrity is key, includes engagement with our employees and the authorities.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will
- Have experience in processing UK and overseas payroll (Africa and Asia would be a bonus)
- Have experience in using HR and Payroll systems
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be available at short notice
