Key Responsibilities as Supply Chain Coordinator includes but are not limited to:
• Establish and maintain a stable supply chain including everything from raw materials to consumables and utensils.
- Align deliveries with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Drive forecasting process with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Manage inventory planning to ensure that strategic and operational inventory targets are met.
- Manage projects with focus on optimizing supply chain, internal & external logistics as well as warehousing.
- Supporting with analysis, decision material and brainpower on different Supply Chain projects
- Work closely with central Supply Chain functions in Denmark and at global sites
- Strong sparring partner to Management.
Qualifications
- You have a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, manufacturing management or related field.
- 3+ plus years of experience in production areas, preferable in Pharma industry.
- Knowledge of tools like SAP, Tableau or similar would be advantageous but not a necessity.
- Ability to manage projects which involve managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
Must be able to deliver good results and handle complex decision-making processes with unclear responsibility despite many uncertain risks. Be a team player, innovative and develop and optimise across functions and the value stream.
As a person you have an innovative and solution-oriented mindset. You will be working with people from various departments in the organization, both local and international, therefore we expect you to be outgoing and ready to take the lead on finding opportunities for implementation.
About the department
New Tech, Supply Chain & Logistics is part of our huge investment project launched in 2021, building a state-of-the-art Purification Plant including automated logistics and warehouse.
The Team core responsibilities lies within the “New Tech” introducing robotics, automated logistics & warehouse, and process analytical technology. Additionally, the team is also responsible for the supply chain both during project runs but also when in operations.
